This is listed as New(other) because at the top where the belt is meant the coil in and out, the reel is at an angle, so the lift won't go further down, and when it goes up, the belt gets a lot of slack. I don't know what needs to be done to repair this. Otherwise it is new and in good condition. Battery; Internal Charger with Cord.
