1947-53 Chevy Pickup Truck Full A/C Heat Kit w Indash Switching Air Conditioning
This is a Brand New Complete Hurricane A/C, Heat & Defrost System w/ in-dash switching & louvers mounted Behind Radio Grill. This is an easy to install kit; it utilizes the original Heater holes in the firewall for mounting. A/C & Heater fittings pass through factory blower motor hole with custom rubber grommet, while the Compact design retains cowl vent, handle and a majority of the glove box. Custom louvers, blower switch and thermostat mount behind original speaker grill.
Cables for Defrost & Heater functions can be mounted in unused choke & throttle holes or under dash. NOTE: installation requires 1947-53 speaker grill w/ horizontal slots.
Complete AC & Heater Package Includes. Hurricane Heat Cool & Defrost Unit.
Louvers & switching for speaker grill. Cables for Defrost & Heater Valve. Manual & Cable operated heater valves.
Condenser Assembly w/drier & tubes. Compressor Bracket (Generally used on SBC Chevy V-8's with Short Water Pump) Mounts to intake manifold & Top water pump mounting bolt. Excellent choice for vehicles with headers. Mounting brackets and custom tubes for either driver or passenger side mounted compressor.
